Mike joined LRA from the University of Newcastle where he gained a PhD and also undertook consultancy commissions. He is an experienced soil scientist, leading many of the company’s projects and is closely involved with the production of soil management plans for development projects and assessment of soil suitability for habitat creation. He liaises with clients, quality controls the company’s outputs and leads major projects.
Laura joined the company with an MSc in Soils and Sustainability from the University of Edinburgh. Laura primary responsibilities include undertaking soil and agricultural land classification surveys, risk assessments for recycling wastes to land and desk studies.
Malcolm Reeve is an Earth Sciences graduate of the University of Bristol, a chartered soil scientist and chartered water and environmental manager with more than 45 years professional experience. Malcolm works as a part-time consultant to LRA after ownership of the business was transferred to Mike Palmer in September 2018.
Frank is a soil science graduate of the University of Newcastle. He has more than 45 years experience in soil surveying, land classification and soil science research, 20 years of that as a senior consultant with LRA.
